    I got this item at yard sale. Upon bringing it home I contacted an antique store to see what they could tell me about it. He was quick to say its maple, 1920s, not worth much. I'm not looking to sell it as I love it and want to refinish it but i'm wondering if anyone here could maybe tell me a bit more about it. Its got original wooden casters and brass hardware. Needs some TLC for sure. Any info is appreciated!

      I'd say that you got some accurate information from the dealer. I am not certain on the wood.
