Baby doll hand puppet

I got this puppet when my great aunt died. She is a bit rough around the edges and has discolored over the years. Her head( which i am unsure of what it is made of) has multiple cracks that have been repaired. Her eyes still function and open and close properly. Her right hand had some damage also. She has a plastic baby bottle with a crocheted bottle holder. She seems to be incased in cardboard. Any information anyone may have would be welcomed.
