This is a real postcard photo showing a horse-drawn cart with many Keen Kutter tools on the sides. (Yes, those are actual tools, not a covering.)

What a great photo. The tools on the side are a statement of the times for sure; not just what they are but that they could be left there, not taken!
Great rppc-- love these early advertising pieces. Very collectible!

I have a scissors( big) and my dad had several knives and called them "My KleenKutters" They were pretty nice looking blades. Probably 1930 onward.
My Irish grandmother hid all the silverware, scissors, and my dad's Kleen Kutters in the closet drawer when a thunderstorm approached!! Her mother before her in Ireland did the same. They actually thought that those things would cause the lightning to become attracted to them. Odd and quirky family tradition.. (I don't do it!).
PostCardCollector, are the items branded Keen Kutter?
