A mystery fitting into a number of posts over the years - particularly a similar pattern MOP rosebowl, and some iridescent gold/amber contributions.
This reminds me of a continuation of sea urchin but that isn't to say that I think it is Kralik, I think anonyme at present.
It is 20.5cm high - a height well known to Czech glass collectors probably as vases were made in various sizes - this corresponding closely to 8 inches.
The foot is strongly uv reactive.
