Victorian cased glass triple cornucopia vase - possibly Early Loetz

I posted this unusual triple cornocupia earlier this year, when I speculated that it may have been of English origin.
However, after noticing a vase that is made from what appears to be the same distinctively coloured, triple cased, ribbed glass, illustrated in Dr. K. M. Hasselbach's article on identifying early Loetz glass (on Loetz.com) I now believe that my vase, despite the different form, may also be by Loetz. The second image shows the vase pictured on Loetz.com for comparison.
The outer layer of my vase contains uranium & glows green under UV light.
