I am not necessarily a collector of Blenko glass but I like swirly things and have a few pieces around.
The first picture shows a #474 flared beaker vase with "Sky Blue" coil. It stands 7 1/2" (19 cm) with a top diameter of 5 1/2" (13.9 cm). It is a fairly early Blenko piece as the Sky Blue color was discontinued in 1949. Next to it is vase #8318 with an "Emerald Green" coil. A close variation of an earlier shape, #8318 was introduced in 1983 with a blue coil. Other colored coils were used in progressing years with Emerald Green being available from 1991 to 2005. This piece stands 6 1/2" (16.4 cm) tall.
The second picture shows pieces from the 1990s - a #9010 11 1/2" (29.2 cm) swirl vase with "Sapphire Blue" ribbon. Unlike the previous pieces, this swirl is within the glass. The "Cobalt" step bowl next to it, first shows up in the 1996 catalog. It has a 6 1/2" (16.3 cm) diameter and is 3" (7.6 cm) deep. This shape was apparently produced in several colors and there is a closely related lower, wider bowl in the same stepped pattern.
The third picture is a stand-alone of the #9010. The fourth, its base, showing the typical rough pontil of Blenko blown products.
Not sure if you have this or not, but here is a link to their Catalogs and if you click on the dat it will show you that catalog.....so a worthy site to bookmark and Keep !!
