These "Snow White & Fawn" figurines were made by the Brayton Laguna Pottery Co. in Laguna Beach, CA. They signed a one year contract with Disney on May 16, 1938 and became the first ceramic company to produce Disney ceramics. The "Snow White" figurine does not look like she appears in the film. Her dress is painted blue, instead of yellow, and her cape is an intricate cross-stitched design, unlike the film version. Pottery companies in the late 1930's could not duplicate the mixed paints used in the animated film.
