This Mickey Mouse celluloid place card holder is one of the earliest Mickey Mouse items produced. Both Mickeys measure 1 inch tall. The sticker on the bottom reads: "Walter E. Disney Corp. - 1928, 1930." It's one of the earliest Disney marks. This was made in Japan. The figures and the labels are in fantastic condition, considering their age. (They will be 90 years old next year!!)

Where did you come by all of these great movie memorabilia/collectibles?

Hi, Efesgirl, Thanks for the comment. I have been extremely lucky in my pursuit of vintage Disneyana. I've been collecting since the early 1990's. I have about 80 pieces of artwork (used in the films). I have toys, dolls, pottery, board games, etc. My collection runs from the 1930's to 1963. I'm in the process of putting as much as I can on "Collectors' Weekly." Hope you keep watching!
