Asking for a friend who is trying to get any information on this piece that has been in their family. I thought I could find a similar pattern online if I searched hard enough, but I'm not having any luck. There is no mark on the bottom or around the base. Nothing, nada. It appears to be enamel on porcelain, but even if that's correct, it's not helping me identify the piece. Thanks in advance!
