My husband was handed down this pot as a gift from his Mom, we believe it was his grandmother's. She was British. It is stamped on the bottom but we can't read it and the pencil etching wasn't anymore clearer. It is a 10" pot. We are hoping someone will recognize the markings and can tell us anything about it. Thank-you.

Pretty sure it says ENGLAND, meaning it was made for the American market after 1890. In 1891, America decided that all foreign imports need to be marked with country of origin.
Sadly, incuse markings like these are usually illegible, but everything on your points to it.
