This i believe to be a very early European, German pottery, in Art nouveau decor, the rim of this planter is beautifully decorated with flowers and vines, the glaze is absolutely magnificent, but the glare make it extremely difficult to capture the real beauty of it.
The inside is Green lime, a series of number underneath are maybe the clue of who is the potential Maker, commentary are very welcome.

german or austrian i believe - the formnumber is the 6368
different sizes has been produced in this design.. at least 7 because that's the size number of your cachepot.
the other number is the decor's number which is 1416
the impressed number might be the number of the worker or of quality control reasons... I'm not sure
i will think about the way it is marked... i shouldremember sooner or later who made it

@getthatmonkeyoutofme, yes, I was suspicious this could have significant indications on , shape , style, same as Western Germany pottery, have number under for shape and decor, height, etc.
Many thanks for your insight on this piece, much appreciated your comments, hope this will comeback to you regarding, who made this piece.
@racer4four , yes indeed, very attractive piece, better in person, hard to photograph.
Thanks to both of you, for commenting.

I've found a similar numbered piece and the seller says it is "eichwald keramik"
i'm not 100% sure he is right but it's a possibility....
