RARE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN NEON WHATABURGER SIGN FROM 1950s. ONLY PART OF SIGN SURVIVED, IT IS 10' LONG. ORIGINAL SIGN WAS AROUND 15' LONG. SIGN IS FROM FIRST FRANCHISED WHATABURGER, STORE #5 IN ALICE, TEXAS.
BLACK & WHITE PICTURE WAS TAKEN AT A WHATABURGER, SHOWS WHAT SIGN LOOKED LIKE WHOLE. SECOND WHATABURGER SIGN IS MORE CONTEMPORARY BUT NOT NEW. IT IS 10' LONG.
Man,I used to eat there all the time in Tyler,Texas where I'm from. Brings back some memories!

We got the sign in Alice, Texas. Right before Hurricane Harvey hit.
