Awesome Mid Century ATOMIC Liquor shot dispenser with glass caddy, Works great pump the main chrome ball on the top to fill your glass. No Markings , that I can find, Looks like possibly Briard , but not really sure, and have not been able to find anything similar. If you know or have a guess hit me up... Always good to learn something new..
Is there any mark on the bottom....or a squiggle on there, as it LOOKS very much like Libbey Glass. They are marked with a small scrolled *L* on the bottom

..The base on the link I posted is different that yours, but maybe?? same maker?? Look to see if any make on the bottom of the glass, depend which what you look at it, it will look like an Small scrolled * L *. In the meantime here are some other decanter with a top and a base like yours.....it is a start !!

Hey Rose, No Marks at all on any of the glass, metal Or even in the silver artwork , But TY for the research!!
It does look like a Libbey piece on that Etsy link
