UNKNOWN - Art Glass Perfume Bottle

Just got this today here locally at a Silent action. My low bid took it. These are behind glass so it is hard to see the bottom or anything. What the hell ---- I just liked it and got it for under $ 10. After I got it I noted a little tip of the top is missing, but that is okay for the Price. I love the colors. Thought it might be signed but is not. Very Pretty. So unknown to me.
Could be A CHINESE ART PIECE for all I know when it is not marked.
But if it is, that is okay cuz I like the color, and the glimmer of it. Remember, I like sparkle....LOL.

If you have any ideas shoot them by me, as that is what CW is for. I thought something looked like a etch in the bottom as shown in the last pic......but I will have to look again, or IF I AM just seeing things. About 6 inches tall.
