    ~ Hi CW Gang ~

Got this when I was up at a lake at a Garage sale. Huge garage sale, buy by the box....and make an affer. So this probably costed me something like .10 cents as I hade quite a few things. Anyway it looks like it is marked but can not read it. I thought it was cute and delicate piece. He looks well made. He Even has the little fishy still with it. Might be a piece not that old but I have NO IDEA and that is why I am posting here on CW. It is small at only about 5 inches tall. Any ideas Welcomed !!

Thanks for LOOKING // LOVING !!
