These are a set of Brazilian souvenir bar spoons, which I got at an antiques market in France.
Two of the spoons are topped with pieces of rose quartz, two are topped with deep purple Brazilian agate. The spoon parts are made of Brazilian Real coins; the two rose quartz ones and one of the agate ones have a 400 réis coin, the other agate one has a 100 réis coin. They measure about 28-29 cm in length, and they're possibly silver-plated, though I'm not sure and there is no stamp or mark on them.
I'm not sure how old the spoons themselves are, but the coins were in use around the turn of the century, 1889-1901.

I'm always happy to learn more, so if you know something about these, do share!
