This cigar box seems to be the only one that exist's? I have searched extensively, in-depth research, and e-mailed people in this field with only to get no response. Hundreds of hours seemingly with no results, is that possible? Is there an explanation why? I challenge you to find this box, if you would desire, you would think it should be an easy search. Please help me to solve this mystery, if any help the manufacture date, I am pretty sure was 1959. This is really a true 'MYSTERY'.

Hi, I hope you enjoy viewing my sexy Tampa Prince cigar box, I would enjoy your comments. I stumbled across a small antiques shop one day while working/driving between service calls on my daily grind. I was pretty lucky this 'daily grind' of mine, over years time, gave my the ability to pass by a large number of shops. I had to stop! Or, at least, note the location and plan to stop the next time back.
This small shop was owned by a gentleman a good 7 decades into his life. He was somewhat depressed because he was having to close down his shop do to the 'internet' creating slow business for him. Technology was not in his present life or future. Change can be difficult to accept, understand, and witness. I really felt his soured taste of the new era.
This cigar box jumped into my vision and it was going home with me, I hoped? He said that it was a rare box and if I purchased it he would give me the other 3 boxes he had also. I thought his price was OK so I got the boxes and a couple fly rods.
That was almost 20 years ago and I am still happy and proud to say it is still my favorite box. Can't have enough boxes; wood, cardboard, glass, ceramic, metal, or homemade they are all individual with their own personalities. This is one of the few that have a sexy personality and I regard that trait as the most desirable feature a collectible can be viewed as.
Does anybody out there have a Tampa Prince box like mine, I have never seen another one, and if you do is it seen as sexy in your eyes? Do you see personality traits in collectibles like I do? Do you have a sexy collectible? I would like to see your top pick in the, sexy collectibles, category in your collection.
    thanks,
    Indiana Dan
