1941 Diplomatic passport of the Axis Croatian State's Foreign Minister -
used to attend the Anti-Comintern conference in Berlin that was signed on November 25th following the German invasion of the USSR earlier (on the 27th & 28th he would have private talks with both Hitler and Ribbentrop). By years end he would travel to Sofia to sign the joint Bulgarian-Croatian Culture Agreement. The next year he would lead a delegation to Venice on discussions with his Italian counterparts on ammunition requirements and scaling down their activities of their Second Army in their controlled parts of former Yugoslavia.
