The ultimate bug sprayer, possibly for use on some the bugs in the Pacific islands during WWII. I have posted some of those bugs and something like this may get their attention. Not sure if that was the purpose of this chemical sprayer but that does seem likely.
Photo #2 has this next to a normal sized bug sprayer and as can be it is much larger. The reservoir may 10 times the size of the usual garden sprayer.
Embossed on the sides of the reservoir is some useful information. I was unable to get a readable photo of the embossed text so here it is. It is all caps but to make it easier to read I will not type it in all caps.

PS Last photo was last shopping spree. The bones are bison leg bones, a 1951 Chevy hood ornament and a 1951 GE clock radio.
So what do you use the bison bones for? Do you throw them at the critter if the giant sprayer doesn't work? Nice haul :)

Very Nice collection fort.... Funny Story,... Growing up in the 50's and 60's, Dad had a nightly ritual in the summer. He would fill up a Hudson Sprayer, much like yours, with the Nasty stuff. Then he would start at the back of the trailer, and proceed to poison us 5 kids, the dogs, and Mom. By the time he reached the front room, the can was almost empty. Dad said he was worried about the mosquitos, such as he encountered in WW2 in the South Pacific!!? Well Dad is gone now, and all of us 5 kids are doing well with the extra appendages we grew, as a result of it. lol .. PS: No, he did not bother to cover up the food left out in the kitchen, so we had a little extra kick in our breakfast, lunch, and diner. Nice Find!

bb2 I doubt it was all natural and safe for the environment.
