Charles M. Russell, did two of these cartoony images while he was in Yellowstone Park 1907- NUMBERS 2 & 3
I like them because they are a bit different from the style he later developed --PHOTO #1-- the style we recognize him for.-(Men On The Open Range v postcard) On display in Helena,Montana, Montana Historical Society MacKay Collecrion
Numbers 2 &3 were made on postcards--retaining the his usual steer's head logo and initials, and printed by Trails End Publishing Co. in 1952 reproduced directly from the originals in The Chas. M .Russell Museum, Montana.
Number 4 is a mailed postcard in 1908 with a western style artist ,
FRANK TELLER ( or Jeller) giving his nice rendition western ways, Printed in Great Britain and titled, "Race Of Cowboys and Indians". The corner is off but I liked it so got it anyway

Chas.Russell art post card # 3 is titled "Tourists In A Tree" and was done in his Yellowstone Park period. 1907.
The Charlie Russell Museum in Great Falls, Montana is a must see. He was a great artist.
I appreciate your additional info. I was there several years ago. I found it memorable!!
