This is a Velco triple-10 oil can. I have looked and can't find any of this particular style. leave me some comments please.

They are fairly common in eastern Canada. Irving Oil refines oil in New Brunswick and there stations are in eastern Canada. Pretty sure this is 1970,s.
If the contents are marked by metric it is 1973 or newer in British Imperial 1973 or older.
