For Elisabethan (and everyone else) to show where I found an ID/Mark.
This is one of the pieces I got from the trunkload of jewelry I got about 10 years ago, maybe 12 by now. I did a post on the trunkload before and this is one of the pieces that did not get submerged. About 6 years ago, I had it out at a yardsale I was having and a lady got made because I wouldn't sell it to her for a quarter and after she left, I noticed that it was broken. Guess she got mad! I'll stop that right here.
Anyway, I still have it because I can eventually use the beads. I have a white one that is not broken exactly like this. But I always had a feeling they had to have a name and recently, after all this time, found the Mark. "Czechoslovakia", the whole word of all things right there on that little itty bitty ring. Nothing at all on the huge, in relation to the ring, clasp! Beats me why they would not have put it on the clasp where it would be most likely found.
Elisabethan, I don't know if you saw one of my other posts describing a way to enlarge a pic so I will say it here too. And do this with the 3 photo because I had to use a "sharpen" feature on the first pic, which makes it hard to see with this zoom feature.
Once you have clicked on the third photo, hold down the control key and hit your plus (+) key 3 times. You will really be able to see it then. Don't forget to reverse this. Just hold that control key, then hit the minus (-) key 3 times. Brings you right back to your regular view. Pretty nifty, right?!?
Enjoy all!
Thank you very very much shareurpassion for this wonderful post! And for keeping my hopes up for the future :). I will try that tecnique another time, I'm in the dark with my Android -everyone are fast asleep but me- but I managed to enlarge your photo. Amazing place for that tiny mark. Quite genius actually. I think my necklace was restrung but I will have a look in the morning. Thanks again dear, wonderful of you.
No problem at all and you are very welcome. I've actually been off here more than on lately and I'm so glad I was able to help. I just decided to add a post on some new acquisitions of my own. Pretty excited about them. Even more excited about what's coming! Sleep tight! xoxo

Thanks for the loves Alan, Val and Tassie. Much appreciated. Night all.
Good that you found the mark! I wondered about this, too - why did they mark the tiny ring? Its barely visible indeed! I wonder how many pieces went unnoticed?
lentilka11, exactly! I bet tons for sure ;) Thanks for the comment!
Thanks all for stopping by and loving! Always appreciated!
