This key blank belonged to my father-in-law. The bow is a 14k gold image of a two story log house with a slanted 'S' on the chimney. Perhaps it was a promotional key? I haven't been able to find the log house image as a logo or anything else.If anyone has an idea of where it might be from or what it might have been for, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

What a neat item! Looks like a one-of-a-kind item, specially made.

I agree. It could have been a gift to a wife and their new home? Something like that. The 14K means that it's 14 carat gold. It's a pendant made to hang from a chain for a necklace.
