My girlfriend and I was at an estate sale, noticed this China cabinet. It had water damage to the side panel, back right leg was broken, water damage to bottom shelf. We thought about it and decided to not purchase the piece.
We went back the next day and it was set out for trash; decided to play around with it and bring it back to life. Replaced all the water damage, rear leg and sanded it down and now prepping it for stain. Any information on this piece would be helpful. We think is from the mid 20's to early 30's.

What a price-- it will look nice refinished!

It is not quite an antique yet-- dates from the 2nd quarter, 20th century.

Are you making a replacement drawer-- how do you plan to handle that area?
