I found this at a church sale this past weekend. Even though it is fairly thick, it becomes translucent when held up to lamplight. It measures 8 1/2" in diameter. It's got extensive, very fine crazing. Most of the colors are underglaze. (The gilt appears to be overglaze since it has worn off in a few places.) It has several mold and glaze defects. There is an extremely old, gummed sticker on the back, where someone has written, "Rockingham." I tried to compare this to known Rockingham patterns. No luck. I'm not totally convinced it's Rockingham just because someone wrote, Rockingham 50+ years ago. But it has a general Rockingham appearance.
There are no other identifying marks or backstamps. I bought two of these plates for $2. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Let me add that there's an inner band with medallions and tiny symbols (I think?) You need to enlarge the first picture to see them.
The plate looks a little Penn. Dutch... Then again, you could make a case for the stylized oriental artwork of famille rose...but not quite. :-/

I'm still hoping there's someone out there who can help.

It's a lovely plate, but that tag really throws me. Welcome to Collector's Weekly.
