WW11, 1942 King Features Cartoon Postcards,( see both).
There is a blank line in text in front statement to fill in the name of the sailor. and he or a W.A.V.E can send the postcard home filling in his/her own info on place provided on back.
I can only assume these two wonderful, never mailed postcards are obscure!

Was "Wimpy" a man with nothing in his life but hamburgers? I never did see a love interest for him--for anything else.
