The Owens Illinois Glass Company used the "O" with an "I" inside makers mark from 1954 to the present. That makes it a little difficult to date this piece. It does have a touch of wear and patina so I think it is closer to 1954 than present.
Seems to be a medical device of some sort for Glyco-Thymoline which is to be mixed 1:2 with water as seen on the other side of the label.
In the last photo it is in my medicine chest. The bottle is about 2 3/4" tall without the atomizer.
Also has a possible use for a replica trout mask.
