Vintage Carl Faulkenstein large Victorian lamp

This TABLE LAMP is a 30" tall with a 14" wide shade (including glass chimney), Victorian style, glass, raised metal embellishment, glass prisms. The shade is a two toned soft gold and creamy white. The column has a small gold label stating "base marble made in Italy. Carrera Marble."
My husband inherited this from his grandmother in 1987. He remembers seeing it around 1963. He thought it was an antique at that time. The purchase time and place is unknown. Help us figure this out PLEASE!
