I couldn't resist starting with a photo emphasizing the size difference between this vase and my previous post.
In the pottery world, we call this shape a carnation vase - I'm hoping it's the same for glass. Anyway, the vase is 11 3/16" (23.3 cm) tall with a diameter of 4 1/4" (10.8 cm) at the top and bottom. It is a simple, unadorned transparent blue that is possibly most interesting for the mark on its underside which serves as a reminder that there are considerably more marks than can be accounted for.

The vases are also a reminder that there is probably considerable more translucent Czech glass in this world than we will ever know. As we are totally reliant on marks or distinctive shapes the majority will continue to remain anonymous.
