Based on the colors, I would lean toward Bohemian rather than English.

This is based off of what I have recently learned on this site.

I am sure Marty or Alfredo can provide more information.

Hey Shawn, Here's your shape in yet another spatter decor.

      http://www.pinterest.com/pin/407927678719269558/

It's a green lined vase with oxblood and white spatter as shown on this posting:

      http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/93619-antonin-rckl-and-sons-vcelnicka--bohem?in=user

A year or so after matching the decor on your vase to that found with a Ruckl label some still don't understand. It's impossible to convince some that a manufacturers label overrides outdated opinions and guesswork.

"This decor has been successfully linked to the production of Franz Welz, and not a decor or example by Ruckl." I ask where is the Welz documentation used to successfully link the production of this vase to Welz? I don't think there is any unless museum displays are misinterpreted as sound documentation. The shapes and decors speak louder and they tell a different story. In my opinion, the shape and corresponding decors shown above have each been successfully linked to Ruckl through this red and white "labeled" decor.
