Chalwyn Railway lamp and two enamel arm bands, safety equipment. My father worked on the Railway here in the UK and when started on the docks he was a lamplighter before he was promoted to shunter.
The Chalwyn is typical of a traffic lamp on the road and rail and it has a tank for oil and a wick.
The armbands are safety equipment before the days of Hi Viz. I'd love to know what a B R Pilot man is and a Person IC Possession is.
