Crock pottery

I can't read all but looks like 1900 & a tiny arrow on bottom ledge very good shape a women at my garage sale told me to take back in it was from a company in Portland Oregon that it was worth more then 300.00 ??? & It is 39 w & 15 high it looks like Harlan city co I have surched but the size and blue lines and front are different so I would like to find out were it is from and what it's worth if eny body can tell me that would b great thank you all who reads and view's.
