Hello I have found this large cut stone that I am thinking might have at one time been a pendant, as can't think of anything else it could be. I don't know how old it is but think it might be antique.

Possible this one, like the pair of citrines you have on the earring board, was a bead drilled too close to the delicate pointed tip, which snapped off. End is not jagged, so either fractured, then smoothed, or cut this way from the beginning. You are correct that the elongated briolette shape makes it perfect for a pendant. Stone looks like lapis lazuli.
Thanks cameo great help, I think it looks cut this way and had gold connected maybe, sure it's lapis , maybe high quality. The cut is very well done, do you think it could be old, I've not seen another
Hello cameo I don’t think you come on here anymore, but saw a girl in the new film aeronauts wearing a pendant what looks just like this one,
I check in from time to time, but mainly the cameo board. Just came across an e-mail notice that you had posted recently here. Earring or necklace, either way, would have been meant to be used as a pendant, meaning 'hanging', but it would now be trickier to mount because there is no drill hole.
Hello cameo I’ve just seen your comment, glad you’re doing okay,I didn’t realise you was still around,I have been posting lots of stones from the collection I have but hadn’t heard from you for 2 years,
