My friend bought a few acres of field in South West England. As far as I am aware the fields have been set to pasture for a couple of decades and date back to the 1700's at least. I went over the field with my metal detector and I love to know what these are. The first is a iron and slightly tapered at each end. The second iron item resembles a blunt paper knife with a hook on the end. I've looked all around the internet for similar images but can find nothing
