Well, to paint the town red is to be reckless and go nuts in town (could be several ways one can go nuts). Clothed in recklessness behaviour?

This transcends my ability to surmise, even. Does it maybe mean, he is too depressed, wearing black to have any fun?? This card is a stumper?
