    Looks like a screw-set movement
    I just don't recognize the logo..
    Looks like maybe a W in a C

      Not so sure it's high-quality. I don't see a single jewel. If you remove the top plate, you may find something, though it's doubtful.
      Perhaps Waltham Watch Co., at least for the dial.

      I thought it could be Waterbury Watch Co., but the ones I have & other dials I have looked at have WW side by side through a C and a "o" between the W's to make Co.
      I'll keep looking.
