I bought this classic 12' camper 6 years ago for $600.00 in great shape. I restored it myself and have used it every summer. I like small vintage trailers as they were built stronger and better than newer models today. I love this little tow-along because it can be towed with any size vehicle and it doesn't take a lot of gas to take it anywhere. It sleeps 4 adults and has a dinette, sink, 2-burner stove, several cabinets, and a pantry. The rear couch makes into a full-sized bed with a privacy curtain. There was also an ice chest below the sink, however, i have replaced it with cupboard doors to hide a port-a-potty that I take along camping. Everywhere I go with this trailer gets responses from people, they are facinated with it's small compact size and always want to know more about it. It has been very enjoyable to own and take camping.
I love this! You have the right idea, I see campers now that are bigger than my apartment, and I have to wonder why, this is all that's needed! Good job!!
Good morning, I have a 1973 camper like yours, do you happen to know the dimension of the rim and wheel, I had a flat tire yesterday and I did not know the dimension, my wheel has six bolts on it, please let me know I will appreciate the info.
Thinking Spring .....even though snow is falling here tonight ( it was almost gone). Love the older campers. You do not need big ones with slide-outs. These are cozy too. I am a lake person and go camping every year a few times.
No muck-muck fancy hotel rooms for this Cat. Down to earth here !!!!
Nice....!! Makes me want to get busy on my aristrocrat that ive been putting off restoring for 2 years now, you did a great job!
That is an awesome camper!
I have a 13 foot Gitan Gypsy. spent last summer in Newfoundland . The people were awesome .
