This fabulous and unique Art Deco Cigarette Holder/Dispenser is about 7" tall when closed. The mechanism lifts and unfolds the cigarette holder when opened, and neatly folds them back when closed.
There are four different scenic panels featuring an Asian motif of a crane, foliage and other birds.
The base is heavy brass.
We picked this up at an estate sale - too bad neither of us smoke, but it is a great conversation piece!
Guess you'll have to fill it with tootsie rolls or some other fun treat. ;) great find!
I have the exact same holder. Mine is worn, you can see where they struck the match. I have another one I found at a yard sell for .25 cents, but not as neat as this one. My mother found it at a sale in Florida and had to have it. She doesn't smoke either but found it very unique.
