She is a beautiful German Bisque doll ,you don't mention how tall she is but she looks what we call a dollhouse doll . There usually is another mark on doll you may have missed . Looks like maybe her legs broke at one time and were replaced with cloth and they transformed her into a Angel tree ornament at that time. Dates around 1900-20. What a lovely heirloom to have . And Welcome to CW

Ok she is cabinet size doll with replaced legs. The numbers are on her are just their reference they used for size of head so workers knew what body went with it ect . It should be marked Germany unless she is earlier than 1890's . i think it would ay Germany on bottom of her back ?

The photo is very dark but I will do my best to translate it to Manikin for you..

Mani, I do see "HAIR STUFFED" and Germany. I can't tell if it says East or West Germany. Plus it says in the middle of the circle where even I can't make out all the words but it says, "I can ____ my ____. I'm guessing it says I can rinse my tufts but I don't know.
