Hello everyone. This is my dainty little teapot. Not sure, but wondering if it is a Japanese teapot decorated in Kutani (?). I am hoping that someone here may be able to shed more light on the teapot and its markings. Thank you for stopping by to see my little teapot.
Thank you for the love, fortapache!
Wot a funny little teapot. I love it.
Thank you, Wandlessfairy!
I actually just purchased a cup today with the exact same color scheme and lower band decoration. It's possible they're a set. I'm trying to find more information on it myself.
The red signature is the Fuku mark, labeling the piece by location, maker, or type.
The left bottom character is ? enclosed by a han ? country/border/territory radical to create ?. See possible meanings here: https://jisho.org/search/%E5%9C%92
The right characters read vertically read ?? "Kutani."
All together, left to right, the characters read "[something]-en Ku-tani."
There's two concrete possibilities found in this blog here, though because of the style, I am unsure if it is either of them: http://litaxulingkelley.blogspot.com/p/japanese-porcelain-marks.html
Perhaps you could ask the blog poster for help identifying the first character?
The calligraphy on both seem to be S?sho (sloppy /cursive script). Your script however is delineated by dots, unlike mine, similarly to this tea pot...

...making me wonder if your tea pot contains Noh lyrics (from Noh utaibon/"music books") where "dots [...] to the right of each letter indicates pitch or duration," though this is an educated guess.
