Interesting storage locker find-coke tip tray

This has been in a friend of mines, dads storage locker for the last 30 or so years. Found it when we were combing through everything. Very cool to me as I buy, sell and collect vintage advertising. That being said I don’t know the true value relative to condition on this particular piece and I don’t have interest from a collector stand point as most of my collection is gas and oil.
