Saturday early we found a treasure at the fair, Graciela had told me she had some Russian cups so we went to see them. Ten dollars each one was what we paid. When looking on the web about the description of the backstamps I got astonished the bigger is from 1890 (this one is posted separately ) and the pink before 1989.
I am modifying this post because after several Russian cups I had put in CW lately I have more knowledge and I decided that both cups are interesting enough to have a separate one for each. Here I am describing is pink hand painted with a central medallion. The medallion is in gold with dark red contrasts and there are beautiful flowers al around the cup. It was difficult indeed finding the exact mark, I performed a search on line in Russian thanks to translating app of Chrome. In that way I found that, the one here is from the Riga plant and “from the early period of activity of Matvei Sidorovich Kuznetsov (1864-1889). The backstamps most often there are overglaze blue ones (the color of overglaze factory marks - red, blue, green - indicates the grade of products); the one under my cup is No. 19 and corresponds to items that have gold paint. http://antikclub.ru/load/club_collektors/farfor_keramika/marki_farfora_kuznecov_1810_1917/30-1-0-281
