    Recently purchased this piece. I absolutely love it! Was hoping someone might now approximate age. There are what appears to be candle holders on each side. Desk top pulls out. The glass was added by the previous owner but the mirror appears to be original.

      It was probably originally a 'pump organ' from the 1920's or so, since "remodeled" into a desk.

      I was wondering if that were so as I saw the little door on the bottom. Could be from the 1800's. Another Eastlake Movement piece. It looks as if it's never been redone so there is a good possibility a name is somewhere on there! Have you looked closely on the back, inside those doors, under or on the sides of the pull out? You never know what you will find or where you'll find it! Nicely beveled mirror.

      Looks like a Larkin piece early 1900's or its Victorian and older and worth way more
