These are two identical Jabok Bengel gold tone bracelets, if you look you can see many individual bricks connected together with tiny bolts, making them flexible. These bracelets are very delicate compared to the heavy Bengel necklaces that I have recently posted.

    Many thanks for looking.

I've seen bracelets just like those at the flea markets but didn't think they were anything special - now I know differently!

Really Bonnie, you need to snap them up. I keep saying this but I would love to watch you in action, maybe one day that might happen, it would be great.

They must feel so good to wear!

Yes they do look good, and easy to wear. Thanks for your comment Karen.

The second photo grabbed my eye because I have seen many bracelets made in Egypt that use this same basic construction, without the little knobs on the outer edge, but one V-shaped link nested inside another. An example:

No idea if there was any cross-pollination here or just a sensible way to make a bracelet chain.

Thank you cameosleuth, yes links are similar.

Hi shareurpassion, no there not from the 70s , Jakob Bengel was the maker so probably the 1930s :-)))
