Perfume Bottle

This perfume bottle is covered by a fine black mesh that pictures flowers and leafs, over porcelain (? I'm not sure what eles it could be). With a gold cap. It stands 2 1/2 inches tall 1 3/4 inches wide. It's in a nice old leather pouch. The chain that's attached to it has been broken. The mesh still tightly wraps around the porcelain. It does have a few tiny rips in the mesh. Otherwise it is in great condition.
I haven't found any markings on it so I'm reluctant to call it vintage. It does seem to be quite old though.
