The Connorized Music Company made player piano rolls from about 1908 until the late 1920s, at one point they also made phonograph records, albeit very briefly.
In 1916 they issued six hand-played player piano rolls that are attributed to Scott Joplin, although there is good reason to question their authenticity.
This is the only example I have seen of their letterhead. They were located in the Melrose neighborhood of the Bronx, NY, as is reflected in their telephone numbers.
