Beautiful antique vase, has been in my family for about 100 years.

This vase is one of a pair. They are hand painted and although the patterns look the same , there are subtle differences in each one. Each one measures 12 inches tall. They have been in my family for about 100 years..I cannot tell if the mark on the bottom is in the right position or should be up the other way. The pictures shown are all of just one of them. I would love to know about these two beautiful old vases.
