Theme Chess Set Brass & Silver Roman Chess Pieces are modeled after soilders who fought in the Punic Wars between Carthage and Rome of which Rome won. I think they were made in Italy. I got these from an auction site.
Hello, i hope you dont mind me asking, i have an identical set of chess pieces that have been tucked away in a cupboard... made by Brevettato, Italy. I would like to put them up for sale and wondered as you got them from auction.... if you could give me a rough idea of the value ????

I know this 9 years old..but that's an ironic perfect time for an ironic very similar looking chess set.... our chess pieces were stolen about 10 or less years ago. (had to be because it was when my sister had kids and they had to be old enough to walk around and grab things as i remember them always tryina mess with em, and before the 3rd one was born.)
Did you get them on ebay/etc from someone who lived in or near Indiana? .. please be honest. or anyone who may be similar/relate , please and thanks! (it'd mean the world to me.)
