By 'clear' do you mean colorless? If not, what color is it? I can't tell against the blue. In the third, magnified photo, do I see a small lozenge shaped chip in the table (top surface)?

Cameo I've managed to get a better pic and it does seem to have a yellowish tinge to the colour.

The color suggests citrine. I am not an expert on gem cuts, just some general knowledge. It looks like very good cut to maximize the light getting through the stone. Beyond me to know if it is citrine or a very good glass imitation. Would say this one is definitely worth showing to someone knowledgeable who can examine it directly.

Thanks cameo this stood out it was really grimy but looked classy, because it was so dirty and might have been set in 18k gold , I had a feeling it couldn't be glass. It's stone cold and the cut is so good it had me wondering if it was a diamond,I think it's nr 10mm.
