diamond ring that needs repair can it be done ?? and if so any idea as to cost?

hello all , am so upset , my ring has broken , and i dont know if it can be fixed, its sterling silver and genuine diamonds ( they have been tested )
i put on gloves, when i took the off the gloves ,my ring had broken, lucily found the top black diamond bit in my glove, i live in ireland ,, thanks
